
Director - Colleague & Labor Relations
Are you an experienced professional with an in-depth understanding of labor and colleague relations? American Express is looking for a driven and highly organized Director - Colleague & Labor Relations to join our HR team and ensure the smooth running of our colleague and labor relations programs.The ideal candidate should have a solid background in employee relations and labor law, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and superior organizational abilities. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing and maintaining positive relationships with our colleagues and ensuring compliance with all labor laws. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and labor representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives related to labor and colleague relations.
- Lead change initiatives to drive positive outcomes.
- Develop innovative solutions to challenging situations.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and labor representatives.
- Represent the organization in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Monitor and investigate labor and colleague relations issues.
- Identify and analyze trends in labor and colleague relations.
- Develop and maintain labor and colleague relations policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Industrial Relations
Labor Relations
Or Similar Field
At Least Years Of Hr Experience
Including Management Of Employee And Labor Relations
Proven Track Record In Establishing And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Labor Organizations
Knowledge Of Applicable Labor Laws
Regulations
