Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development Roles, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Development Strategies That Drive Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.
