American Express is seeking an innovative and creative Digital Product Manager to join our team of tech professionals. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for creating digital products and experiences, and the ability to think strategically and manage the product development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities of digital product development and a proven track record of delivering on product objectives.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Additionally, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in digital product management, including a thorough understanding of product management processes, digital product development, and experience with product roadmaps. Excellent communication skills, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and experience in UX/UI design are also highly desired. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative digital product strategies that align with company objectives.
  2. Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  3. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Lead product planning and roadmap development.
  5. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  7. Ensure product meets the highest standards of quality and usability.
  8. Create and maintain product documentation and release notes.
  9. Manage product budgets and timelines.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
