We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Product Manager to join our American Express family. You will be a key player in developing, launching, and managing our digital products and services. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and innovative problem-solver, with a passion for digital products and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and market trends. You must have a solid understanding of product management principles and best practices, as well as experience in developing and executing successful digital product strategies.The ability to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders is essential, as well as a proven track record of success in developing, launching, and managing digital products.
