Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Channel Sales Account Executive to join our team at American Express. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our business through our channel partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to effectively nurture relationships with our channel partners. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals • Strong relationship building and communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of the payments industry is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and growth.
  2. Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed established performance goals.
  3. Utilize effective communication skills to present and promote American Express products and services to channel partners.
  4. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address channel partner needs.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of opportunity and suggest improvements.
  6. Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and visibility.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay abreast of market trends.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the payments industry.
