  1. Develop and implement strategies to safeguard clients' accounts and mitigate potential risks.
  2. Monitor and analyze account activity to identify and address any suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security protocols and procedures.
  4. Educate and train clients on best practices for protecting their accounts and preventing fraud.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations and provide timely resolution for any account security issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to account protection.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to account security.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all account protection activities.
  9. Work closely with the business blueprint team to ensure seamless integration of security measures into new products and services.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on banking and financial systems, staying up-to-date on changes and advancements in the industry.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and compliance, to ensure overall security and protection of client accounts.
  12. Continuously assess and improve upon existing security measures to ensure the highest level of account protection for clients.
  13. Remain vigilant for any potential security threats and take proactive measures to prevent them.
  14. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing updates and reports on account protection measures and any relevant issues.
  15. Uphold American Express's commitment to providing exceptional financial services and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Banking Or Financial Industry, With A Focus On Account Protection And Fraud Prevention.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Certification In Fraud Detection And Prevention, Such As Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe) Or Certified Fraud Specialist (Cfs).
