Business Analyst

Manages the end to end sales commission process from plan design and corporate approval to measuring quarterly performance, issuing statements, submitting payments and providing analysis. Position must be able to interpret sales commission plan documentation and administer those plans for new hires and current staff. Role will interact with sales team members and utilize Salesforce.com for supplementary reporting. Manages financial functions around T&E tracking and billing, 3rd party service tracking and billing and referral commissions to ensure we are accurately accounting for revenue and billing clients appropriately.
