  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and conduct audit plans for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct thorough and objective audits of all compliance and conduct related processes and procedures.
  3. Review and evaluate company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  5. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and update audit plans accordingly.
  6. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, including legal and risk management, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance and conduct matters.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and industry experts to stay informed on best practices and industry standards.
  9. Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
  10. Provide guidance and support to the organization on all compliance and conduct related matters.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the organization's compliance and conduct program and make recommendations for enhancements.
  12. Set performance goals for the audit team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure their professional development.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  14. Represent the organization in compliance and conduct related matters with external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and promote ethical behavior throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Audit And Compliance: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Audit And Compliance, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Audits And Managing Compliance Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As The Head Of Compliance And Conduct Audit, The Individual Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Such As The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Gdpr, And Pci-Dss.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Auditors Effectively. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Develop Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Audit Leader Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And External Regulatory Bodies. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Necessary To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Business Partners.

  • Analytical And Critical Thinking Abilities: The Audit Leader Should Have Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Make Recommendations For Improvement. They Should Also Have A Keen Attention To Detail And The Ability To Think Strategically.
