Job Description

Work alongside a Product Manager(s) to develop a product-level strategy and roadmap with partners that aligns with enterprise Identity as well as Amex's broader strategic objectives. Help manage the product backlog, documenting customer value and/or product development efficiency propositions, and making product scope and prioritization decisions. Identifies business process improvements and technical solutions in support of the business and Identity strategic direction. Maintain strong and effective working relationships with all areas of Enterprise Identity. Developing deep understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms within the supported domains. Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and willingness to adopt and embrace new, innovative technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience with software product development

  • Awareness and exposure to the latest Technology Platforms, API strategies, and industry trends

  • Superb product and program management skills, including product planning, issue tracking, and delivery

  • Knowledge of Identity, Authentication / Authorization domain is a plus
