Job Description

The Analyst will be expected to assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve performance, as well as performing analyses of customer behavior from Cornerstone to provide data-driven insights. Perform data analysis and identify business trends that can be turned into actionable insights. Create, develop and implement strategies to drive sales behavior. Build strong relationships with business partners to understand business objectives and challenges to enable analytics that address partner needs. Design processes and work across the business to drive improved data integrity, governance & information management. Present and communicate performance results and data findings to multiple levels of business in an effective manner. Partner with numerous teams to drive innovation, best practices and global synergies.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to extract and organize complex datasets

  • Ability to monitor and analyze business performance to develop and implement reporting and analytical frameworks
