  1. Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  2. Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve key performance metrics, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
  3. Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to ensure maximum effectiveness of paid search campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement landing page optimization strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
  5. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement of paid search campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  7. Work closely with external partners, such as search engine platforms and agencies, to stay informed on updates and new features that could impact campaign performance.
  8. Communicate campaign performance and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  9. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or discrepancies in paid search campaigns, working closely with the technical team to resolve them.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on paid search best practices and strategies.
  12. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  13. Take ownership of projects and initiatives to drive innovation and continuously improve the paid search program.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively promote them through paid search campaigns.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data privacy regulations and brand guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Paid Search Campaign Management And Optimization

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions

  • Experience With Digital Marketing Tools And Platforms Such As Google Ads And Bing Ads

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With Ability To Collaborate Across Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
