  1. Conduct regular reviews and audits of company policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Stay updated on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that the company remains in compliance at all times.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and initiatives.
  4. Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company, and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  6. Create and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  7. Conduct training sessions for employees to promote compliance awareness and understanding.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies.
  9. Investigate and report any compliance violations or discrepancies.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  11. Liaise with external compliance consultants and advisors as needed.
  12. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all areas of the company.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to enhance compliance.
  15. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the company.

Job Qualifications
