
Analyst - Compliance

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of company policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders within the company
- Identify potential compliance issues and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance training and education programs for employees
- Conduct investigations into potential violations of compliance policies and procedures and provide recommendations for resolution
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting compliance-related data and metrics
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance questions or concerns
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures
- Participate in external audits and inspections, and work with regulatory agencies as needed
- Continuously assess and improve compliance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Audit
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards (E.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Basel Iii)
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
