- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and changes in compliance laws to ensure the company's policies and procedures are up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs.
- Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or concerns.
- Maintain records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training sessions.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and respond to any compliance inquiries or requests.
- Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives, providing expertise and guidance.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and work with relevant departments to implement remediation plans.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and areas of improvement for the company's compliance program.
- Collaborate with external consultants and legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Laws And Regulations.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
