  1. Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  2. Take immediate action upon identifying suspicious transactions or accounts to prevent fraud.
  3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unauthorized charges, and other fraudulent activities on customer accounts.
  4. Communicate with customers to verify account information and transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to identify and prevent fraud.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and detection.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of fraud cases and actions taken.
  8. Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activity.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and prevent fraud.
  10. Conduct regular reviews and audits of account activity to identify potential red flags.
  11. Train and educate other team members on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
  14. Continuously assess and improve fraud prevention processes and procedures.
  15. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.
  16. Keep abreast of changes in fraud techniques and tools to adapt prevention methods accordingly.
