Job Description

American Express is looking for an Account Protection Specialist to join our team and help protect our cardholders’ information and accounts.We are searching for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has the experience and skills needed to resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer accounts for any suspicious activity and take steps to protect cardholder information.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and accurately resolve customer inquiries.
  3. Provide excellent customer service while protecting customer accounts.
  4. Utilize effective communication when responding to customer inquiries.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify potential fraud and account issues.
  6. Maintain current knowledge of account protection policies and procedures.
  7. Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce fraud and account issues.
