Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be a driven, organized, and analytical professional who is eager to learn and strive for success.The Account Protection Specialist is a key role in the American Express team, as they are responsible for monitoring customer accounts to identify and prevent fraud. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service. They must also be comfortable working with financial data, have an eye for detail, and possess a high level of organization. Additionally, the Account Protection Specialist must be computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service or financial role is preferred, but not required.
