In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and protecting our valued card members from potential fraudulent activity.   1. Conduct thorough and accurate reviews of customer accounts to identify and prevent potential fraudulent activity.
  2. Utilize various tools and resources to investigate suspicious transactions and take appropriate actions to protect our card members.
  3. Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fraud trends and techniques to enhance our fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to share best practices and improve overall account protection processes.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and fraud cases.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on fraud cases and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold company values.
  9. Identify potential areas of improvement in current processes and procedures and make recommendations for enhancements.
  10. Remain vigilant in monitoring accounts for any suspicious activity and take appropriate measures to mitigate risk and protect our card members' accounts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Fraud Detection Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify And Prevent Fraudulent Activities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders.
