
Account Protection Specialist
American Express is seeking an Account Protection Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and protection to our customers by implementing fraud detection, prevention, and resolution strategies.We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity and investigate potential fraud attempts.
- Analyze customer account data to identify fraud patterns and trends.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and accurate fraud management.
- Communicate with customers regarding fraud inquiries and resolutions.
- Track and report on fraud metrics and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud management best practices and regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on fraud management strategies and processes.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes.
