We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Testing & Release Analyst to join the Supply MarketPlace team at American Express Global Business Travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and releasing new software upgrades to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction of all stakeholders.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing software upgrade tests, along with the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and problem solve. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute tests for software upgrades to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction of stakeholders.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any errors or issues that arise during testing.
  3. Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure proper integration of software upgrades.
  4. Monitor and track software upgrade releases to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Solve complex problems related to software upgrades.
  6. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on the status of software upgrade tests.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest software technologies and trends.
  8. Develop and implement test plans and strategies.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software upgrades and releases.
