
Multi- Account Travel Counselor
At American Express Global Business Travel, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Account Travel Counselor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and customer service to apply their expertise and provide world-class service to our customers.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in travel counseling, excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the corporate travel industry, familiarity with American Express Global Business Travel’s products and services, and excellent computer skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and providing exceptional service to all customers. You will be expected to exceed customer expectations, resolve customer issues in a timely manner, and ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing accurate and timely updates, and responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support to our sales team, identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and help ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.If you have the required qualifications and are looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer accounts and provide exceptional service to all customers.
