
Manager of Payroll and HR Administration
American Express Global Business Travel is looking for an experienced and organized Manager of Payroll and HR Administration to join our team and take the lead in managing and overseeing all payroll and human resource administration functions. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of payroll processing and HR administrative procedures. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all payroll and human resource administration functions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll and HR administration.
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payrolls for all employees and contractors in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain records of employee compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits and health insurance programs.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on payroll and HR administration related matters.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures related to payroll and HR administration.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to payroll and HR administration.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with external vendors and business partners.
- Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
