Job Description

As the Manager of Business Development at American Express Global Business Travel, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a strategic plan for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships for the company. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and ambitious individual to join our team and help lead the charge. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and/or business development, as well as a proven track record of success in account management and customer relationship building. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You should be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a problem solver. If you possess these skills and qualifications, we believe you have the potential to become a successful Manager of Business Development at American Express Global Business Travel. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  2. Maintain and build relationships with customers and prospects.
  3. Develop and implement creative strategies for driving and increasing sales.
  4. Monitor customer trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other teams to develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.
  7. Develop and present customer-focused presentations.
  8. Manage and maintain customer accounts within the company’s CRM system.
  9. Monitor performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes.
