Job Description

American Dental Association is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring that they are successful and delivered on time. Of utmost importance are excellent organizational skills, an understanding of Salesforce solutions, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to join a team focused on delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to our members.To be successful as the Salesforce Project Manager, you must possess a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience managing projects with Salesforce. You should also have a proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from concept to completion. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful completion and timely delivery.
  2. Gather requirements and develop an in-depth understanding of business objectives.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Plan, coordinate, and track project activities and timelines.
  5. Ensure project deliverables are met and project objectives are achieved.
  6. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take corrective action.
  7. Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members.
  8. Prepare project documentation and reports.
  9. Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and innovations.
