Job Description

The American Dental Association is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Manager, Agile Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and innovative leader with a proven track record for driving process improvement and advancing operational excellence. In this position, you will lead all aspects of agile operations including planning, tracking, and reporting. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to ensure that all project objectives and timelines are met and that all deliverables remain on track. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be adept at developing and executing strategies to increase operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in agile operations and project management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. You must have experience with agile methodology and be highly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and customer service.
