
Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives needed for an exciting opportunity with an established Call Center in Syracuse! Handle a high-volume of inbound calls to examine and resolve customer concerns and account related questions. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, and new customer information. Uphold various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. Identify additional sales and service opportunities by listening to customer needs and make recommendations accordingly. Utilize various software systems and CRM systems to answer applicable questions and maintain data integrity.
2+ years of call center experience highly desired
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
