Clinical Manager, Surgical Tech

Collects and maintains appropriate documentation related to clinical education, such as health forms, CPR certification, student evaluations and site evaluations. Plans and coordinates faculty and students’ clinical site orientations and Live Scan appointments. Plans, coordinates, and manages faculty and students’ assignments to clinical facilities. Identifies clinical sites which support the student clinical requirements. Maintains accurate clinical site information database, including contact information and specific contractual agreement termination and expiration dates. Establishes and maintains communication lines between the clinical facilities, staff and American Career College. Apprises clinical affiliate staff of student assignment in each clinical area. Works with clinical affiliate staff to clarify policies and procedures specific to facility.
