1. Coordinate and manage the development of electrified powertrain systems for AAM, overseeing all phases from concept to launch.

4. Track project milestones and deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.
6. Effectively manage resources and budgets to achieve desired results.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to summarize and highlight project progress and objectives.
8. Monitor project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
9. Evaluate project performance and recommend areas of improvement.
10. Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
11. Ensure quality assurance standards are met.
