Production Operator

We're searching for a Production Operator at American Axle & Manufacturing-AAM who is ready to take on an exciting role in our production department. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise. This person must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to follow instructions and adhere to all safety protocols.Required qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a production environment, and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. In addition, they must have a proven track record of working effectively in a team setting and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other members of our team.
