American Axle & Manufacturing-AAM is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our team. As the HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring that data is accurately entered into the system. You will also be responsible for providing support to HR and other departments regarding the use of HRIS.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field. You should have at least three years of experience working with HRIS systems, as well as experience using Microsoft Office Suite. You must also have excellent problem solving and communication skills.If you have a passion for technology and a commitment to accuracy, then this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure that data is accurately entered into the system.
  2. Provide support to HR and other departments regarding the use of HRIS.
  3. Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and provide solutions.
  4. Develop and implement procedures for data entry and reporting.
  5. Monitor HRIS system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create and update user accounts and permissions.
  7. Generate reports as needed from the HRIS.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data.
  9. Stay up-to-date on developments in HRIS technology.
  10. Assist with other HR-related projects and tasks as needed.
