CNC Setup Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machinery to ensure production runs efficiently and effectively.Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with CNC equipment. The successful candidate should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work well with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure efficient and effective production.
2. Monitor machine performance and monitor quality of parts produced.
3. Perform regular maintenance on CNC machinery.
4. Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify programs for CNC machines.
5. Make necessary adjustments to CNC machines to ensure accuracy of parts produced.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
8. Work with minimal supervision and be able to take initiative.
9. Provide input and recommendations to improve production processes.
10. Remain up-to-date with CNC machine technology and industry best practices.
