Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at American Automobile Association (AAA), you will be an integral part of the team that helps make our members’ travel dreams come true. 1. Provide exceptional customer service to AAA members and their travel needs.
2. Utilize booking systems, travel destinations, and travel trends to assist members in their travel planning.
3. Maintain strong knowledge of customer service and travel/hospitality industry.
4. Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to meet customer needs.
5. Communicate effectively with members both verbally and written.
6. Work with minimal supervision to provide the best service possible.
7. Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
