Job Description

Are you an experienced traveler, passionate about helping others plan their perfect trip? The American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our members find the best travel options that fit their needs and budget. You will provide detailed information on travel destinations, attractions, and lodging, as well as assist with booking flights, car rentals, and other travel-related tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay organized. Experience in the travel industry is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide detailed information on travel destinations, attractions, and lodging to AAA members.
  2. Assist with booking flights, car rentals, and other travel-related tasks.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  5. Maintain a high level of organization in order to provide efficient customer service.
  6. Ensure accuracy of all travel-related bookings.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the travel industry.
  8. Provide detailed information on special offers and discounts.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and suggestions and address any issues.
