At AAA, we are looking for a driven and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our members in planning and booking their travel needs. You should possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for travel, and excellent communication skills. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or related field. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred. You should also be comfortable using computers and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with an enthusiasm for providing the highest level of customer service to our members. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and book travel needs for AAA members, providing exceptional customer service
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with booking travel arrangements
3. Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with AAA standards
4. Maintain detailed records of travel plans and customer information
5. Monitor travel trends and industry developments to provide advice and recommendations to customers
6. Utilize computer systems to research, book, and manage travel reservations
7. Remain up to date on the latest travel products and services to offer customers competitive options
8. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Follow up with customers to ensure a positive travel experience
