
Roadside Assistance Technician
As a Roadside Assistance Technician at American Automobile Association (AAA), you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance to AAA members and non-members. You should have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and make sound decisions in potentially hazardous situations.You should possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be 21 years of age or older. You should have a solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair, basic tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. In addition, you must possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to drive a manual transmission.At AAA, we strive to provide excellent customer service.
