Job Description

At American Automobile Association (AAA), we are looking for an experienced and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and is committed to going the extra mile to ensure that our members receive the help they need.The Roadside Assistance Technician will be responsible for responding to emergency roadside calls and providing the necessary assistance to our members. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices, as well as a valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.If you have a passion for helping others and are looking to be part of an organization with a long history of providing superior customer service, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Roadside Assistance Technician:

  1. Respond to emergency roadside calls in a timely manner.
  2. Provide necessary assistance to AAA members.
  3. Diagnose and repair automotive issues.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices.
  5. Ensure safe and reliable operation of vehicles.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to AAA members.
  7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and AAA policies.
  8. Maintain valid driver's license and good driving record.
  9. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  10. Go the extra mile to ensure that AAA members receive the help they need.
