Job Description

As a Road Trip Planner, you’ll get to be part of that journey by helping people plan their trips and providing exceptional customer service. To be considered for this role, you must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as an enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in planning their trips by providing information about destinations, attractions, and activities.
  2. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction with all interactions.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and trip plans.
  5. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
  6. Utilize knowledge of the automotive industry to provide customers with relevant information about vehicles, gas prices, and other related topics.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Promote AAA’s services and products to customers.
