You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing the best possible experience to our members.In this role, you will be responsible for creating customized road trip plans that meet the specific needs of each member. You will also provide guidance on destinations, attractions, and activities available along the route. Additionally, you will suggest the best hotels and restaurants, provide travel updates and road conditions, and answer any questions that arise during the trip planning process.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in travel planning, customer service, and/or hospitality. You should also have a thorough knowledge of US roadways, destinations, and attractions. Responsibilities:
