Job Description

At American Automobile Association (AAA), we strive to deliver outstanding travel experiences to our members. We are looking for a Road Trip Planner to join our team. The Road Trip Planner will be responsible for helping members plan and execute exciting and memorable trips.The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills and a creative eye for detail. They should be an excellent communicator, able to listen to members’ needs and translate them into great experiences. In addition, the candidate must possess strong research and problem solving skills, be a self-starter and able to work independently.If you are an experienced traveler with a knack for organization and a drive to create standout customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Listen to members’ travel needs and preferences, and use them to develop creative, personalized travel plans.
  2. Research destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation options to ensure the best possible travel experience for members.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop unique itineraries.
  4. Monitor and adjust travel plans based on changes in member preferences or availability of services.
  5. Provide members with detailed information about their trips, including directions, maps, and contact information.
  6. Offer expert advice and guidance to members regarding their travel plans.
  7. Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, news, and offers.
  8. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  9. Monitor and maintain accurate records of all trips planned.
