Job Description

At AAA, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Member Services Representative who is ready to help our members with their needs. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, and who has a strong ability to multi-task.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, a drive to exceed customer expectations, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. The successful candidate must possess a friendly, helpful demeanor and have a solid understanding of our company’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process customer transactions such as account updates, payments, and refunds.
  3. Assist customers with product selection, identify solutions to customer problems, and provide product information.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Escalate customer complaints and issues to the appropriate department.
  6. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of AAA's policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and follow-up on customer service requests.
  8. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Provide consistent, excellent customer service to all customers.
  10. Develop a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.
