Member Services Representative

We are looking for an outstanding Member Services Representative to join our team at American Automobile Association (AAA). Our offices are located nationwide and this position is a great opportunity to provide excellent customer service and work with a passionate team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving capabilities. 3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of AAA services and products.
4. Assist members in problem solving and decision making.
5. Accurately process and document member transactions.
6. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with members.
7. Collaborate with members of the team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date on AAA policies and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with all customer service standards.
10. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels.
