Human Resources Generalist

AAA is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our employees and managers in all areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll. You will collaborate closely with our HR team and other departments to ensure our HR processes are efficient and effective.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least two years of experience in an HR role. You must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities, including job postings, interviewing, background checks, and employment paperwork.
2. Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment, health and welfare programs, and employee wellness programs.
3. Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
5. Maintain personnel files and records in compliance with applicable employment laws.
6. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
7. Provide guidance and advice on payroll and other HR matters.
8. Facilitate communication between HR and other departments.
9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
10. Stay up to date on changes to employment law and best practices in the HR field.
