Human Resources Generalist

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
2. Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
4. Advise and guide managers and supervisors on the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Oversee and coordinate all recruiting and staffing activities.
6. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives for employees.
7. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
8. Address employee grievances and conflicts as needed.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans.
10. Provide timely and accurate data and reports to other departments and senior management.
