Human Resources Generalist

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized individual who is passionate about helping others and has strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the HR field and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources role, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work as part of a team.
