
Event Coordinator
At AAA, we are looking for an experienced and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing events for AAA members. You will also be responsible for managing event budgets, overseeing logistics and vendor contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in event planning and coordination, budgeting and vendor management, and problem solving. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential. Finally, you must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.If you are a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented individual with a passion for event planning, we would love to hear from you.
