Dispatch Operator

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Dispatch Operator to join our team. The Dispatch Operator is responsible for providing efficient and timely dispatch services to AAA members and staff. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to incoming calls from AAA members and staff in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate information on AAA services and dispatch appropriate team members in a timely manner.
3. Maintain an orderly and organized dispatch system for tracking and responding to incoming calls.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous customer service.
5. Monitor traffic conditions and adjust dispatching schedules accordingly.
6. Communicate effectively with other team members and provide support when needed.
7. Record and document all incoming and outgoing calls.
8. Monitor the status of dispatched vehicles and drivers and provide updates as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
