Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across all departments of AAA.
2. Monitor and audit compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
3. Research and analyze current and proposed laws and regulations to ensure AAA is in compliance.
4. Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to compliance.
5. Develop and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure understanding of compliance requirements.
6. Manage and document any incidents of non-compliance.
7. Create reports for management to track compliance performance.
8. Update senior management on any changes in applicable laws and regulations.
9. Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal counsels to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
