Claims Adjuster

At the American Automobile Association (AAA), we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join our team. Responsibilites for this job:

1. Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
2. Investigate and assess claims to determine validity and accuracy.
3. Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or their representatives.
4. Prepare and submit reports detailing claim information, investigations, and settlements.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
7. Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding claim processes.
8. Monitor and track claims to ensure prompt resolution.
9. Remain up-to-date on all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to claims management.
10. Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding process improvements.
