Job Description

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for an experienced and motivated Claims Adjuster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring our members receive the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep knowledge of the claims process. We are looking for a team player with a passion for helping others and a commitment to AAA's values of safety, integrity, and respect. Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Negotiate settlements with claimants and other parties.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Maintain accurate records of claims, settlements, and other related information.
  5. Investigate claims and determine the validity of claims.
  6. Resolve disputes between claimants and other parties.
  7. Update and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other parties.
  9. Adhere to AAA's values of safety, integrity, and respect.
  10. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure members receive the best possible outcomes.
