Claims Adjuster

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team and help provide a positive member experience. The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications as well as a commitment to excellent customer service and problem solving. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims in a timely and appropriate manner. This role requires excellent communication and decision-making skills as well as strong attention to detail.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working in insurance claims, preferably automobile insurance, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, and a strong working knowledge of insurance policies and regulations. Knowledge of the automotive industry is also a plus. The Claims Adjuster must have the ability to make sound decisions while taking into account the interests of all parties involved. In addition, the Claims Adjuster must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
